This clinic operates a fair charging policy and recognises the challenges that a busy lifestyle can create. However, late cancellations deprive other patients of treatment and pain relief.
This clinic manages a waiting list each week, for patients awaiting a cancellation.
Cancellations can only be offered to you if all patients give adequate notice when cancelling.
Please give a minimum of 24 hours of notice for cancellations. This gives your osteopath time to contact other patients and for patients to organise their own schedule, child care and journey to the clinic.
- Cancellations made on the same day as your appointment or no-showswill incur 100% of your appointment fee.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hoursprior to the start time of your appointment will incur no charge.
- All other cancellations made the day before and within 24 hour prior to the start time of your appointment will incur 50% of your appointment fee.
Patients who repeatedly cancel late, may be asked to find another clinic.
